First and foremost, thank you for shopping I Got It MADE! If you have previously sent an email, please rest assure that we will follow up with you as soon as we can. We are working hastily to address your issue. If you’re anything like us, you’re juggling family, work, school, friends and your side hustle.
We do not accept exchanges. Every item we offer is made to order, which means we do not have an inventory of items to offer an exchange program, at this time. We only replace items if they are damaged. Email email@example.com and we'll send return label.
No refunds. All sales are final.
Clearance and Sales items are Final Sale. I Got It MADE does not offer exchanges for these items.
Shipping for damaged items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
